Pumpkin Spice Blondies

The coziest fall vibes in a baked good.
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1.5 cups almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping :
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine wet ingredients, then add dry and mix
Pour into 8x8 baking dish
Sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon sugar mix evenly over top, use a sieve
Bake around 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry
Sprinkle remainder of the cinnamon sugar mix after baking.
