Crispy Chickpeas

The recipe I use when I want a crunch but want protein and fiber to keep me full and feeling good.
1 can chickpeas
1 teaspoon olive or avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 F
Rinse and dry chickpeas
Toss chickpeas in oil and spices
Bake in an even layer ~30 minutes or until crispy
Try not to eat a whole can of chickpeas in one day (warning: hard)
