How to use Shira Sculpt

​Shira recommends all new members to start with the Foundations Program to learn how to properly connect to the deep core and posture muscles and achieve better results.

  • Optional Equipment: Mat, light weights, small bands, Pilates ball, foam roller, block, ankle weights.

  • Music & Mindset: Play your favourite music, focus on your form, and enjoy the process.
