Maple Tahini Granola

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts (i did cashews)
1/4 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax, hemp — pick 2–3!)
1/4 cup puffed quinoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Combine dry ingredients then fold in wet.
Pack down in a baking try (firmly!).
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden.
Wait till fully cool and break up in chunks.
Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
