Maple Tahini Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (i did cashews)

  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax, hemp — pick 2–3!)

  • 1/4 cup puffed quinoa

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

  2. Combine dry ingredients then fold in wet.

  3. Pack down in a baking try (firmly!).

  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden.

  5. Wait till fully cool and break up in chunks.

  6. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
