Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates

Sugar free treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.


Ingredients:

  • 12 medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 tablespoons tahini or almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • pinch of salt

  • Rainbow Sprinkles or chocolate chips (optional)


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except for the dates) until a cookie dough texture is formed

  2. Cut in half and remove pits of the dates

  3. Scoop 1/2 tablespoon of cookie dough into each date
