Blender Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend:

    1. 1 egg

    2. 1 serving protein powder (mine is 2 scoops)

    3. 1 banana

    4. 2 tbsp oats

    5. 1/4 tsp baking powder

    6. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    7. 1/4 tsp cinnamon

    8. pinch of salt

  2. Scoop 1/4 cup portions onto pan, makes ~4-5 pancakes

  3. Add choc chips or optional mix-ins, cover choc chips with extra batter

  4. Let sit until edges begin to firm up

  5. Flip and let sit another couple minutes

  6. Served with maple almond sauce (maple syrup and almond butter, mixed)
