Posture exercises

Lymphatic drainage
A gentle massage technique to move excess fluid and reduce puffiness in the body. You can get it done professionally or do it yourself (best with a bit of lotion or oil). I do this every morning and night for my stomach and face.
Stomach: using small circle strokes move in the direction of digestion, from the bottom right of your stomach up to just below your ribcage, across to the left and down to the bottom just below the belly button
Face: use your thumb and index finger to push lymph under your cheekbone from centre out towards ears and down the back sides of your neck, repeat on jaw bone.
Blessing before bite
Simply pause and say a blessing or gratitude phrase before eating. If you are Jewish, there are special blessings for each type of food.
Fermented foods daily
Foods rich in probiotics that support digestion and gut health. Include a small portion of kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles, or miso in a meal or as a snack every day.
Ice facials
In the morning, glide an ice cube over your face for a minute or two to wake up dull skin, reduce puffiness and improve circulation.
Dry brushing
This is like a reset button for your skin and lymphatic system. I do it for 3-5 minutes before showering in the morning. Start at the feet, use circle strokes toward the heart and same motion as the lymphatic drainage massage for stomach.
Tongue scraping
Removes bacteria, food debris, and dead cells that build up overnight, instantly freshening breath and supporting digestion. Just use a clean metal scraper from the back of your tongue to the tip 2–3 times, rinse, and feel lighter and cleaner in seconds.
