Here are 3 signs you're accidentally sabotaging your work:


  1. You feel low energy or like you have to lie down for the rest of the day after your workout

  2. You feel much more hungry than usual the day of and/or after your workout

  3. You're sacrificing sleep or nutrition in order to make time for your workouts
