counteract the posture of everyday life that our body is used to. Practice this 1-2x/week to strengthen your posture and tone your back with no equipment at all.

 

 Shira, how do you know how to do this?

have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer and pilates instructor with years of experience teaching groups and individuals in person and online.
