Foundations:
8-Day Intro to Pilates
This program is for you if you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement after time off, or looking to slow down and reconnect to your centre. We focus on breath, alignment, and foundational strength so you can move with more control, ease, and awareness.
Day 1: 24 minute control, mobility, breath
Day 2: 21 minute gentle full body
Day 3: 21 minute posture + core
Day 4: 18 minute lower body + core
Day 5: 16 minute mobility flow
Day 6: 12 minute upper body + posture
Day 7: 18 minute lower body sculpt
Day 8: 25 minute full body sculpt
Optional Equipment: light hand weights (1-5lb)
