Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, fudgy cookies topped with kosher flaky salt.


Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup virgin unrefined coconut oil (NOT melted)

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • Chocolate chips, to taste

  • Kosher flaky salt, to taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Cream together coconut sugar and coconut oil

  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt, mix again

  4. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and salt, combine until a dough forms

  5. Fold in chocolate chips, use an ice cream scoop to shape into mounds on a baking tray

  6. Top with kosher flaky salt

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are golden (larger cookies may need more time)
