Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, fudgy cookies topped with kosher flaky salt.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
4 eggs
3/4 cup virgin unrefined coconut oil (NOT melted)
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate chips, to taste
Kosher flaky salt, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Cream together coconut sugar and coconut oil
Add eggs, vanilla, and salt, mix again
Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and salt, combine until a dough forms
Fold in chocolate chips, use an ice cream scoop to shape into mounds on a baking tray
Top with kosher flaky salt
Bake for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are golden (larger cookies may need more time)
